个人简介:
吴佳雨,浙江大学园林研究所副教授,博士生导师,北京大学人文地理学博士,浙江大学“求是青年学者”,美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校访问学者。主要研究方向为保护地利益还原、城市绿色公平和城镇景观,主持国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本业务费等项目。曾获得北京大学优秀博士论文,并入选Springer Nature国际优秀博士论文出版项目,金经昌中国城市规划优秀论文三等奖和研究生论文竞赛优秀奖等。

研究方向 1 保护地利益还原
· 基于“价值捕获(value capture)”理论,架构了中国保护地三层次利益还原体系及各层次利益还原的机制;
· 比较了利维坦式、私有化、社区自组织和地方政府参与型自组织管理四种保护地管理体制模型的利益还原机制、交易成本和适用条件,提出适用于中央集权且发展落后地区保护地适宜管理体制;
· 全面归纳和梳理了世界遗产“全球战略”背景下多类型自然与文化遗产的实践进展及中国遗产保护优化路径。
研究方向 2 城镇景观的测度技术及社会经济影响
· 基于开源数据和大数据技术,建立了街区(block)尺度的中国城镇景观数据库;
· 系统地追踪城镇景观扩张的变化过程,挖掘城镇景观动态变化的不同类型对城市活力、住房价格和社会公平的影响机制,探索深化了新数据环境下对城镇景观定量刻画及其经济社会耦合关系。
