个人简介：

徐元朔，浙江大学“百人计划”研究员、博士生导师。主要研究方向为城市区域治理、公共财政、空间计量和大数据。曾就职于康奈尔大学城市与区域规划系、全球化发展系、社会科学研究中心和政策分析和管理系。2018-2019年任教于康奈尔大学城市与区域规划系，讲授地理信息系统（GIS）和定量规划政策分析方法课程。于2019年在美国康奈尔大学城市与区域规划系获得博士学位。

博士和博士后期间主要参加了美国联邦政府项目（多层政府治理、财政危机、人口转型等）和纽约州地方政府项目（公共服务、城市规划、经济发展、养老健康、可持续发展、房产税改革等），并主持了中国城市化问题研究项目（“鬼城”、收缩城市、城投债等）。研究的成果以第一作者和通讯作者在《Cambridge Journal of Regions Economy and Society》、《Environment and Planning A: Economy and Space》、《Journal of Economy Policy Reform》、《Journal of Aging and Health》等SSCI期刊发表。研究于2015年获得上纽约州规划协会优秀学生项目奖；2017年C.V. Starr 奖学金获得者；2020年入选浙大“百人计划”。

于2020年5月加入浙江大学城市发展与管理系，着重运用大数据和空间统计的方法，进行新型城镇化、城市与区域治理、城市数字治理方面的研究。徐元朔在浙江大学公共管理学院城市发展与管理系招收博士研究生及硕士研究生，研究方向包括城市与区域治理、城市数字治理、新型城镇化、公共财政、空间统计和大数据。欢迎致力于相关领域学术研究的同学报考和选择。
